We are delighted to have retained the hard services contract at 10 Queen Street Place, London for another 5 years. The contract was awarded by Knight Frank, following a competitive tender process.
Platinum Facilities has been providing services at this building for 14 years. The contract was first won in 2006, when it was SJ Berwin, and retained in 2013, when the business was acquired by King Wood and Mallensons. The business was again retained under the new management of Knight Frank in 2017, and the team supported through a complete building fit out.
It has been a long and interesting journey and one of our engineers on the site has been there for the full 14 years!
