We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a three year contract to provide engineering maintenance services at 160 Old Street, a 160,000 sqft commercial building in London. The former Royal Mail building was transformed into a contemporary, flexible environment in 2018, incorporating premium office spaces, collaborative working areas, roof terraces and four retail units.
Platinum Facilities will be utilising its in-house expertise to support the already high energy efficiency and green credentials of 160 Old Street, whilst ensuring that ESG governance is at the centre of the service model.
