Platinum Facilities was formed in 2001 and provides a range of hard facilities services to organisations primarily across London and the Home Counties. We deliver specialist mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, energy solutions and project work across a range of private sector businesses in the corporate, legal and banking sectors, working direct with major organisations or through managing agents and landlords. Our History

2001

Company Formation as YJL Facilities Limited, a subsidiary of Montpellier Group PLC

2002

Awarded our first large corporate services contracts with law firm Dentons and British Arab Commercial Bank, both of which are still retained

2003

Management buyout of the company by Roger Feast

2004

Trading name changed to Platinum Facilities and Maintenance Services Limited

2007

Glen Cardinal joined the company as Operations Director, to support future growth

2008

Platinum Projects awarded and completed first major project, a fit out of Mitre Court Chambers

2010

Company accredited to
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001

2013

Glen Cardinal Appointed to Managing Director

2015

Platinum Awarded ROSPA Gold

2018

Platinum certified to ISO 55001

2019

Glen Cardinal acquires the business from Roger Feast and sets out a new 10 year plan

2020

Platinum Awarded 6th ROSPA Gold

Platinum achieves ISO 45001 certification

Platinum moved to new London offices in E1 and new South Headquarters in Fareham, Hampshire

Platinum turnover exceeds £25m
