We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Tandem Property Management to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services at 140 Fenchurch Street. The building provides high quality Grade A office space in a prime London location.
The award decision was made due to a combination of factors including Platinum Facilities’ service delivery at other Tandem Property Management sites, our mobilisation and re-energisation plans, our management support, and our back office processes and systems.
