We are delighted to announce the expansion of our Service Desk and the promotion of Georgina Fitzwilliam and Gemma McAlister to Team Leaders.
The Platinum Facilities Service Desk supports all of our site teams by producing and sending quotations, arranging subcontractor visits, closing out completed PPMs to ensure compliance, raising purchase orders, updating systems and much more.
The growth of our business required extra employees to accommodate the new clients coming on board and to ensure consistent, high levels of service. We always prefer to promote internally to allow existing employees to grow and develop their skills, whilst ensuring continuity through their knowledge of the sites and existing relationships with the managers. Warmest congratulations to Georgina and Gemma on their promotion to Team Leader.
Georgina joined Platinum Facilities in March 2020 from a London hard services competitor, and has an in-depth knowledge of the planned and reactive needs at site level.
Gemma also joined in March from a FM helpdesk role, as she wanted to develop her career and expand as a co-ordinator. She has shown great vision and drive to move processes forward and in organising her current work stream.
