All fabric maintenance activities are agreed on a bespoke basis with our customers. Through the use of our in-house “Whole-Life” programmes and specifications. Our customers are able to enhance and maximise their surroundings, whilst greatly reducing reactive calls, CAPEX and dilapidation liabilities.
All areas of the building whether Reception, Offices or Meeting Rooms etc. are treated as assets of the building, and allocated to one of our 4 service specifications.

Each specification has prescribed maintenance/inspection criteria that defines the services an allocated area shall receive. This could be daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly inspections; fix, report or re-decorate.
